Using This Website

This website belongs to El Mirage Roofing Pros, a roofing company working in El Mirage, Arizona and nearby towns. By reading these pages, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please stop using the site.

These terms cover the website only. They are written in plain words on purpose, so you know where you stand.

General Information, Not a Diagnosis

Our pages on roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspection, storm damage repair and gutters explain how roofs usually behave and how we usually work. Every roof is different. Tile, shingle and flat roofs age in their own ways under desert sun and monsoon storms, and nothing on a web page can tell you what is happening on your house.

Please don't make a repair, insurance or buying decision based on this site alone. Have someone look at the roof in person first.

Estimates and Work Are Agreed Separately

The site does not make offers, set prices or create a contract. Any job we take on starts with a visit and a written estimate. The scope, cost and schedule are agreed between you and us at that point, in writing, and those papers control the work rather than anything said here.

Calling Us

The only way to reach us through this site is by phone at (623) 552-2073. A phone call to ask questions or set up a visit does not commit you to anything. It also doesn't commit us to a date until we have both agreed on one.

What you tell us on the call is used to answer you and plan the visit. Our Privacy Policy covers that in more detail.

Photos and Written Content

The words, photos and layout on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Some photos show typical roofing work and may not be pictures of our own jobs. You're welcome to read, share a page with a neighbor or print it for your own use. Please don't copy the content for a business or another website.

Limits on Our Responsibility

We try to keep the site accurate and working, but we can't promise it will always be up to date, error free or available. To the extent Arizona law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general information on this website instead of an in-person look at your roof.

Changes and Governing Law
