El Mirage Roofers Who Clean Up as They Go

We're a roofing company working on homes in El Mirage and around the West Valley. We repair, inspect and replace roofs, and we treat your yard, driveway and attic as part of the job. When we leave each evening, the place should look close to how we found it.

Why we work the way we do

Most homeowners don't remember a roofer's sales pitch. They remember the nail in a tire a month later, or the chips of broken tile buried in the gravel. We built this company around the part people actually live with: what the house and yard look like during the job and after it.

Roofing out here is hard on a property. Old concrete tile comes off heavy and sharp. Underlayment that has baked through many summers crumbles into grit and dust. Shingle tear-offs scatter nails. None of that has to end up in your rock landscaping, your pool or your kids' shoes. Keeping it out takes planning, not a quick sweep on the last day.

So the work starts before the first tile comes off. We walk the property with you and figure out where the truck and dumpster can go. We ask about pets, gates, cars and anything stored along the side of the house. Then we tell you what each day will look like and what we check before we leave.

What you can expect on your property

Covers go down first

Tarps go over shrubs, ground AC units, patio furniture and pool edges before anyone climbs a ladder. We lay boards where debris will drop so the driveway and gravel stay clean. If something can't be moved, we cover it and let you know.

Cleanup every evening

Before we leave each day, loose debris comes off the roof and the ground gets raked and swept. We run a magnetic sweeper across the yard, the driveway and the curb. Any open section of roof gets covered so a monsoon cell can't catch it overnight.

Thinking about the inside too

A tear-off shakes loose dust in the attic. We'll suggest covering anything stored up there or on closet shelves under the work area. If our work leaves a mess inside, tell us so we can take care of it.

A final walk together

When the job is done, we walk the yard and the roof line with you. We check gutters for nails and granules, look behind bushes and along the fence, and go over photos of the finished work. You see it before we call it finished.

Working across the West Valley

We work in El Mirage and nearby towns including Youngtown, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, Litchfield Park and Tolleson. The homes here have a lot in common: tile and shingle roofs that sit through months of triple-digit sun, monsoon wind that lifts edges and pushes dust under tiles, and gravel yards that hide every stray nail. In summer we start early, so the heaviest work is done before the afternoon heat.

Not sure what your roof needs yet? A roof inspection is a good first step. Our Services page covers the roof repair, roof replacement, storm damage repair and gutter work we take on.
