How the phone call goes

We start by asking what you've noticed. Maybe the hall ceiling drips after a monsoon storm, some tiles have slid, a flat foam section feels soft or a gutter is pulling off the fascia. Next come a few questions about the house, like its rough age and whether it has one story or two, so we know what to bring.

Then we choose a visit day and ask about your property: where to park, any gate code, whether pets are in the yard and which plants by the walls need covering. At the visit we go over the roof, take pictures and review them with you. If you hire us, we put down tarps, keep the driveway open and sweep for nails at the end of every day. We cover El Mirage plus Youngtown, Surprise, Glendale, Peoria, Litchfield Park and Tolleson.
